Can you hold a place before I apply?
Yes! With a reservation fee (equal to one month's rent), we can hold an apartment for you. The move-in date must be within 10 days of your application. If we don’t receive the necessary information within one full business day after submitting the reservation fee, the apartment will no longer be held. By paying the reservation fee, you're committing to renting the unit. The fee is refundable only if your application is denied, giving you peace of mind as you secure your new home.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We don’t require last month’s rent upfront. Instead, the reservation fee will count as your first month’s rent when the lease is signed. The security deposit varies based on factors like your credit report, background check, job history, and rental history, making it tailored to your qualifications.

Is there anything that would automatically disqualify me from renting?
Yes, a few things could disqualify an applicant, such as having a past eviction, owing money to a utility company, or unpaid rent to a previous landlord. We carefully review each application as a whole to ensure fairness, but these factors are critical.

Is the reservation fee refundable?

If you decide to place a reservation fee, you're committing to taking the apartment. The fee is only refundable if your application is denied, ensuring your security throughout the process.


How do I pay rent, and when is it due?
You can easily pay your rent through our Resident Portal, which offers a fast and convenient payment option. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and you have a grace period until the 4th to make your payment.

I want to get a pet. What should I do?
We love pets, but they need to be approved by management before coming on the property, including visiting animals. Please contact the office for details on pet fees and specific requirements to ensure a smooth process.
